The carte d'or cuvée from maison drappier is a fruity, and fresh champagne. The blend is essentially based on Pinot Noir - 80% - which brings its structure & its fruity aromas and supplemented by pinot meunier - 5% - which offers a touch of suppleness, and chardonnay - 15% - for its freshness & its elegance. Its nose is very elegant, with notes of stone fruits such as white peach from the vines. Which then evolves towards more gourmet aromas of pastries. A spicy note announces a powerful & complex palate. This champagne is of great complexity with a characteristic touch of quince jelly. This carte d'or cuvée from maison drappier is ideal as an aperitif, but will also find its place at the table alongside white meat, firm fish, or chaource cheese
