Last year I sent flowers to my mum for her birthday forgetting that she would be away, & the Flower Shop kindly re-delivered fresh flowers when my mum returned without me asking, so I sent flowers again this year. On both occasions the flowers have been lovely, fresh & long lasting.

I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my elderly aunt in Malta, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the florist was professional, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring the flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged. Even when some substitutions were necessary, they consulted me first and made sure I was happy with the changes. True to their word, they sent me photos of the bouquet just as it was being delivered, which was such a lovely touch and greatly appreciated by my family. The entire process was handled with care, attention to detail, and efficiency. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality floral arrangements and excellent customer service.

The container for the flower arrangement I ordered had run out, Ron rang me to discuss alternatives, plus as the house number had not gone through on the order he confirmed that too. Very helpful man. I requested a morning delivery window which he was able to do successfully (he actually delivered in a torrential downpour!). Have used in the past and will definitely use again. Very professional and beautiful flowers 5*
