Amazing service, I only had a few hours to get the flowers for the funeral and being in Australia it felt impossible till I found direct2florist Rabat online. I was pleased with the service, the flowers were delivered so quick to Bir??ebbu??a and reached the family just prior to the funeral. Then I received a thank you text from the family, saying "the flowers are absolutely beautiful". I know where I will be ordering my flowers for Malta in future. I ordered 2 bunches of flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday night going into mother's day (procrastination will be the death of me!) and had the delivery dates set for Monday for one of them and Tuesday for the other. Even though the ordering of the flowers came with a warning that they might arrive later than the stipulated date, the first bunch of flowers was actually delivered a day early on Mother's Day itself!!! The second one was delivered on the Tuesday as requested. Not only was the delivery super efficient the flowers were just gorgeously prepared! Some of the flowers had not yet opened, to my mother's delight, and she got to watch them open herself and got to enjoy them for even longer!! Excellent service! Beautiful flower arrangement!

I had ordered the pink and white aqua selection medium size and paid 51 euros (45 euros plus 6 euro service charge). When the recipient sent me a photo of what she had received I was extremely disappointed to find what I can only describe as a very ordinary looking bunch of flowers which in no way (other than perhaps the colour) resembled what I had ordered. I most certainly feel that 51 euros worth of flowers were not what was delivered. I have sent an email to the webteam almost two and a half days ago but to date have not received an y response. I would certainly not recommend this website to anyone considering using it.

Ron Fleur called me to gain my feedback on flowers to be used. I had an out of date address for my aunt abroad. Incredible service. Was called and sent email when delivery was unable to be made as recipient was not home. They continued attempting to deliver (as it was Saturday before Mother's Day) and finally by close of business day were able to successfully deliver.
